DQ, Cut, etc.

There are times when a player (or best ball team) might be disqualified, cut, or some other classification.  The following procedures can be used to indicate the players status and also segregates the player(s) or best ball team at the bottom of a stroke event leaderboard.

Note - For a single round event (or the first round of a multiple round event), if the player does not show up (or does not enter any score), they will automatically appear at the bottom of the leaderboard.

For either single or multiple round events, the following options are available for removing/classifying a player from the leaderboard:

* On the event setup page for round one enter a code in the 'Flight' column to indicate the player has been DQd or Cut.  For example you could use 'DQ' for disqualified and 'Cut' for cut.  If desired you could also enter a reason code or short description in front of the players name.  The entry of a code in the 'Flight' column will force the player to appear in a separate section on the leaderboard.  To prevent a DQd or Cut player's scores from affecting Best Ball teams (if relevant), you will need to edit and clear the scores for the specific player.

* To DQ or Cut a Best Ball Team, enter a flight code in the Best Ball Flight column for every member of the team in the round one setup page.

* If you don't want the player's partial scoring to be displayed, you will need to edit the players score using the dashboard.  You will need to clear the scoring for all rounds for that player.
